The 1966 Topps Lost in Space store display box originally contained 24 packs of Lost in Space gum cards. The dimensions of the box are 8"x4"x2" deep. The pop-up display lid shows John Robinson in the clutches of a cyclops monster, ready to fire his laser rifle. The front panel of the box shows a black and white first season photograph of the entire Robinson Family party: John, Maureen, Judy, Will, Penny and Don West. The photograph is obviously taken from the Pilot episode "No Place to Hide" since Dr Smith and Robot do not appear anywhere on the box. The Box has a colorful blue outer space background accentuated with a Milky Way star pattern.
