Prison Tunic

A 2 piece cotton flannel costume, with red and grey stripes, from the episode "Fugitives in Space." Of six similar costumes known to exist, this is possibly the best example. In the episode, Creech, Dr. Smith and Mjr. West all wear identical costumes with a large wooden placard on the chest containing their prisoner identification numbers.

Prison Pants

Pant portion of the "Fugitives in Space" 2 piece costume. With elastic, snap drawstring waistband, Western Costume stamp, consisting of baggy grey/burgundy flannel material.

Guy Williams Tunic

The very recognizable, psychedelic purple velour tunic worn by our hero during the third season of the show. Stunning colors, with commander stripes of green, lavendar and yellow on the sleeve, zipper extending from the bottom to under the arm, snap in place yellow dickey (turtleneck), full crotch piece, etc. The actor's name is handwritten inside.

Bill Mumy's Tunic

This tunic includes the yellow turtleneck insert which snaps in place. It's made of lavender velour with green and yellow stripes on the cuffs and a green neck trim. The side zipper extends from the bottom to under the arm. The bottom portion of the tunic has been cut off, presumably to allow for the actor's growth and to give him freedom of movement. The cuffs have zippers. This tunic along with the matching pants (see below) are the only known complete set of pants and tunic known to exist.

Bill Mumy's Pants

These lavender pants were worn by Bill Mumy during the psychedelic third season of Lost in Space. The pants are spandex ski pants and have stirrups at the botton and slash pockets with zippers. One of the tags inside indicate they are made by Western Costume Co. A second tag reads "Acrobat Spandex" and contains a cartoon of a skiier on it.

Mark Goddard's Tunic w/Matching Pants

The very rare, one of a kind tunic and matching pants worn by Mark Goddard during the third season of the show.

In wonderful condition, the tunic appears to be almost full size, having suffered little shrinkage. It consists of a green body with major rank stripes of purple and pink on the sleeve, dancestrap with buttons, purple neck outline with bright yellow dickey. Zipper cuffs and down the side. Actor's initials and FOX dry cleaning tag.

The pants are matching green knit polyester with stirrup bottoms, manufacturer's label and FOX dry cleaning tag.

June Lockhart's Tunic w/Matching Pants

From the psychedelic, third season June Lockhart's lavender tunic with contrasting green inner sleeves and matching stirrup pants. Tunic has a scoop neck and tapered body, zipper back with snaps at the top. Contrasting lavender silk lining, studio tag with actor's name. The pants are very short, tight polyester, also with studio tag and actor's name. The pants were worn with knee high lavender go-go boots.

Marta Kristen's Space Suit

This silver lame space suit was worn by Marta Kristen, the actress who played Judy Robinson, during the third season of Lost in Space. The lame fabric is softer and offers much more freedom of movement than the first season silver space suits. With full zipper front and velcro covers, the actresses' name appears on a label inside the garment.

Marta Kristen's Green Mini Skirt

From the psychedelic third season, Marta Kristen's VERY RARE lavender and contrasting green mini skirt. The outer skirt is purple, and the inner skirt is green, containing weights around the hem to keep the material in place and not reveal too much of Marta Kristen in action scenes. Studio tag with actor's name. With rear zipper and eye hooks.

With full zipper front and velcro covers, the actor's name and studio identification appear inside the garment. Interesting note: this space suit does NOT have stirrups as the female versions do.

This extremely well preserved, stunning costume was worn by the actor in this single episode. As such, it has not been subject to shrinkage like other costumes which were cleaned and reused over and over. The actor was 6'6", this costume is still full size, which makes it quite impressive in person. It consists of a full length, one piece jumpsuit. With black and white checkerboard design, zipper front, ribbed cuffs and stirrup pant legs. The costume is made of a shiny/sparkling material, with actor's attribution inside.

Costume Sketch of Lockhart's Robe

This Paul Zastupnevich costume sketch of June Lockhart's third season robe shows the early design of the very recognizable robe worn by Ms. Lockhart during the third season of the show. The actual robe is pictured below. Accomplished in gouache on a 12 in. x 20 in. sheet of artists' illustration board. Signed at the lower right by Zastupnevich. June Lockhart's Robe

This item was recently acquired directly from Ms. Lockhart. It is in superb condition and has been preserved very well by the actress. This full length, neck to toe robe is elaborately detailed. The outside is a green chiffon/silk, and the lining is a shocking pink silk. The collar and wrists are also rolled back to reveal the pink lining. The robe has eye hook closures from neck to toe with front buttons. The lining of the chest has been autographed by the actress and she has added her character name, "Maureen" under her signature. This robe was prominently featured during the third season of the show.
